Order Preparation

Please allow up to three working days for your order to be prepared and dispatched.

Orders placed during weekends or UK bank holidays will begin processing on the next working day. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent by email.

UK Mainland Delivery

Delivery to all UK Mainland addresses is complimentary.

Orders are dispatched using a tracked Royal Mail service. The current delivery estimate will be displayed at checkout.

Express International

Express international delivery is available to the United States and selected destinations at the rate displayed at checkout.

International delivery typically takes 2–11 business days from dispatch, depending on destination and customs processing.

Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to local import duties, taxes or customs charges. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included and are the responsibility of the recipient.

If your delivery is delayed, arrives damaged or you require assistance, please contact info@finchandhatton.co.uk with your order number. We will review the delivery and assist you directly.
